Terms of Use

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These terms govern use of yaklma.xin and purchases from Foothills Rack Co LLC doing business as Yakima SupplyA.

The catalog

Product photos, prices, and stock can change. A listing is an invitation to order, not a guarantee that a SKU remains available after you add it to cart.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, that we cannot fulfill, or that uses a shipping address we cannot serve. If we cancel after payment, we refund the original method.

Fitment

Vehicle racks depend on year, make, model, and factory rails. Confirm fitment on the product page before you buy. Installed or modified goods are not returnable.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, {C} is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states do not allow those limits.
