Refunds for Yakima SupplyA orders are issued by Foothills Rack Co LLC to the original payment method after we confirm the return or the shipping exception.

Processing usually posts within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the inbound carton. Card networks can add a few more days before the amount shows on your statement.

If we sent the wrong item, a missing piece, or a carton that arrived damaged, we refund outbound shipping as well. Otherwise outbound shipping stays with the original order.
