Foothills Rack Co LLC ships Yakima SupplyA orders from Lake Oswego, Oregon. Eligible U.S. orders of $20 or more ship free. We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size and destination.

Processing

In-stock items typically leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days. Oversized racks, cargo boxes, and rooftop tents may ship in more than one carton and can take longer to stage.

Delivery windows

Domestic deliveries usually arrive 3–7 business days after the first scan. These are estimates. Weather, holidays, remote ZIP codes, and carrier volume can add time.

Address accuracy

The shipping address on the order is the address we print. We cannot guarantee a change once a label exists. A refused, undeliverable, or returned carton may incur a restocking fee after it comes back.

PO boxes and freight

Some long bars and boxes cannot go to a PO box. If a listing is marked oversized, use a street address with a loading area.

Damage in transit

Photograph the outer carton, the label, and the damaged area before you discard packing. Email those photos with the order number so we can open a carrier claim.
